Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Operations

• Assist with inbound operations: receiving checks, staging, GRN support, and put-away confirmation
• Support outbound operations: pick/pack verification, dispatch documentation, and loading checks
• Maintain bin/location discipline through labelling, correct storage, housekeeping, and SOP compliance

Inventory Management & Data Accuracy

• Support SKU/bin mapping and item master accuracy (SKU names, UOM, locations)
• Participate in daily, weekly, and periodic cycle counts
• Maintain variance logs (short/over stock, mispicks, wrong binning, damages, unrecorded movements)
• Track and update inventory movement logs including receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns, damages, and expiries
• Input inventory data into ERP/WMS accurately

Analytics & Reporting

• Produce inventory health insights: aging stock, slow movers, stock-out risk, and shrinkage trends
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for: inbound/outbound volume, turnaround time, picking accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and dispatch accuracy
• Create exception reports for negative stock, duplicate SKUs, unassigned bins, and repeated variances

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Standardize data capture templates (GRN, picking sheets, bin transfers, returns/damages)
• Identify operational bottlenecks using data and recommend improvements (layout, picking routes, manpower allocation)
• Support SOP updates and create quick training guides for receiving, binning, picking verification, and cycle counting
• Help enforce SOP compliance for handling, scanning/logging, and documentation to reduce errors and losses
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields from a reputable institution
• Completion of national service (NYSC) or equivalent
