Warehouse Manager of FMCG (e-commerce) at Sujimoto Construction Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager with proven experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and E-Commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient operations across both traditional and online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Oversee inventory control processes and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Manage order processing and fulfillment for both FMCG distribution and e-commerce orders (B2B, B2C, and marketplace channels)
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency, safety, and accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time delivery
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead time, inventory turnover, and fulfillment rates
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and e-commerce fulfillment partners where applicable
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce order management platforms
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and operational performance for management review

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably within the FMCG sector and e-commerce environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination
