Warehouse & Inventory Officer (Health Sector) at Echolab Radiology and Laboratory Services

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Warehouse & Inventory Officer to join our team at a leading health sector organization. In this role, you will oversee all warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure efficient, secure, and optimized stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, protocols, and work-related policies
• Control inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts and reconciling with system data
• Supervise the receiving, monitoring, and maintenance of stock in the warehouse to ensure sufficient inventory meets company requirements at all times
• Supervise the use and daily update of all inventory-related items on the ERP software
• Determine and allocate appropriate daily manpower required for optimal warehouse operations and mentor team members for continuous improvement
• Ensure proper space management and stacking of goods in designated spaces
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Business Administration or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control in the healthcare sector (preferred)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Warehouse Professional (CWP) certification
