Waitstaff / Waiter / Waitress

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Summary The Waitstaff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner

• Present menus and assist guests with menu selections when needed

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar

• Serve meals and drinks promptly and correctly

• Check on guests during service to ensure satisfaction

• Clear and reset tables after guests leave

• Process payments and issue receipts where required

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining and service areas

• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff

• Handle guest concerns politely and escalate when necessary

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage

• Ability to communicate clearly and fluently

• Basic math skills for handling payments

• POS knowledge is an added advantage
