Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
• Work effectively with kitchen staff, communicating clearly to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
• Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure guests receive excellent service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress or hostess in a restaurant or food service establishment
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and move quickly and efficiently in a crowded environment

Compensation

₦250,000 per month
