Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction at our establishment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers politely and professionally
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary
• Clear tables, clean surfaces, and reset for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress (advantageous)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be neat, punctual, and well-groomed
