## Title: Waitress - Restaurant Service

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified waitress to deliver superior dining service with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism in our hotel's restaurant and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and present menus
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and organized
Upsell menu items and promote specials
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service

Required Qualifications & Experience

SSCE or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred)
2–3 years of restaurant or hotel dining service experience
Proximity to Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or Lekki is advantageous

Required Skills & Competencies

Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent grooming and personal presentation
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards
