About the Role

Women Reform Organization is seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our team as Business Development & Partnerships Lead in a remote capacity. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and is ideal for a self-driven professional passionate about creating impact through partnerships, resource mobilization, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and donors
Develop proposals, sponsorship packages, and pitches
Represent Women Reform Organization at events and virtual meetings
Drive visibility and sustainability for our projects

Requirements

Must reside in Lagos (Mainland)
Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours daily
Experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising (advantageous)
Strong communication, networking, and proposal-writing skills
