Position Overview:
- We are looking for a vigilant and dependable Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and hotel property.
- The ideal candidate will maintain a safe environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding promptly to security concerns or emergencies.
- Patrol hotel premises regularly, including entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Control access to the property, checking identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors as required.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Escort guests or staff to parking areas or other parts of the premises if needed.
- Report any security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management immediately.
- Write clear and detailed incident reports and maintain security logs.
- Work closely with front office, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in evacuation or emergency drills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
