Job Summary

Pragmatic Technologies is seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging videos that effectively communicate our brand message and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideation, filming, editing, and delivering impactful video content for social media, digital campaigns, website, and other marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives
• Add creative elements such as text overlays, music, sound effects, and motion graphics to enhance content
• Stay updated with video trends, social media formats, and content best practices
• Manage video equipment, lighting, and studio setup where required
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips and reels for multiple platforms
• Ensure all content reflects brand tone, quality, and messaging guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in video production, shooting, and editing
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Strong storytelling, visual, and communication skills
• A creative portfolio or links to past video work required

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
