About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of UI/UX Designer.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts
• Design graphic user interface elements including menus, tabs, and widgets
• Create page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate how sites work and look
• Create unique graphic designs
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and resolve UX issues
• Implement layout changes based on user feedback, following font, color, and image style guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in agile development environments

Required Skills

• Ability to design visually appealing interfaces, including layout, color, and typography
• Ability to build structural layouts of products and create interactive models to test user flow
• Conducting interviews, surveys, and other user research methods to understand user needs and behaviors
• Ability to organize and structure content in a clear and logical way
• Observing and analyzing how users interact with designs to identify areas for improvement
• Crafting clear and concise text for user interfaces
• Understanding the fundamentals of how web and mobile applications are built
