About the Role
We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Engineer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly interfaces across our digital platforms.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform user needs into elegant, scalable, and intuitive solutions. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth and requires a blend of design sensitivity and front-end engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern web and mobile technologies
- Ensure consistent brand identity and design systems across all products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and flows
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data-driven experiences
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and component library
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications with focus on usability and design execution
Preferred Skills
- Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie)
