Turnaround Execution Coordinator III at ABNL Limited

About the Role

ABNL Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to join our operations. In this role, you will provide leadership to ensure the safe, environmentally sound, and cost-effective execution of job scopes that support the long-term reliability of our refinery operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Turnaround Coordinator to validate value-added, detailed job scopes, ensuring plans incorporate all learnings and archived plans from previous turnarounds
• Utilize job scopes, subject matter experts, technical literature, equipment drawings, field visits, job safety aids, and safety standards to develop detailed, safe, and efficient job plans
• Prepare job packages using defined, detailed operating discipline; utilize SAP to sequence jobs and order materials
• Complete rigorous planning certification processes and mentor other planners as experience allows
• Collaborate with schedulers, project teams, Operations Turnaround Coordinators, and subject matter experts to develop value-creating integrated schedules
• Work with schedulers and cost controllers to develop value-creating labor resource plans
• Procure labor, managed services, and materials following defined labor and material selection processes
• Establish service level agreement meetings with service providers and conduct pre-walk-through exercises and dress rehearsals
• Direct work activities in pre-work, execution, and post-work phases; drive safety and productivity performance, remove barriers as needed, update schedules, and approve labor charges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Experience in a chemical or refining manufacturing facility
• Experience in and understanding of the flow of maintenance work across various crafts
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel) with ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience in planning jobs in SAP
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and nights as needed
