## Title: Tricycle Sales Representative

About the Role

The Tricycle Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and distributing products within assigned routes using a company-provided tricycle. The role involves direct selling to retailers, wholesalers, and consumers, ensuring product visibility, accurate stock management, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a tricycle along designated routes to sell and deliver products
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (retailers, wholesalers, and end-users)
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales with inventory
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities, customer preferences, and market opportunities
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and accountability for the tricycle and stock
  • Support trade promotions and marketing campaigns within the territory
  • Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any discipline
  • Proven experience in sales, FMCG distribution, or route sales (preferred)
  • Must know how to ride a tricycle and possess a valid rider's permit/license
  • Physically fit to handle manual loading and unloading of goods
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Basic numeracy, record-keeping, and accountability skills
  • Familiarity with local routes and customer base (advantageous)
