About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Programs Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our learning and development programs, both in-person and virtual, to ensure seamless delivery and impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, implementation, and delivery of training and capacity-building programs
- Liaise with facilitators, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure quality program delivery
- Manage participant registration, attendance, and feedback
- Oversee logistics for training sessions including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions using measurable KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between training goals and organizational objectives
- Maintain up-to-date records of all training programs and participants
- Assist in developing new program modules and learning materials where necessary
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, training management, or learning and development
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people development and learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an educational technology, NGO, or capacity-building organization
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and LMS platforms
