A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Training Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess employee and organizational training needs to determine gaps in skills and knowledge
• Design, create, and manage effective training programs, including onboarding, skill development, and leadership training
• Develop and curate training materials, select resources from vendors, and manage training technology and logistics
• Coordinate and deliver training programs, both in-person and online, and oversee training staff and specialists
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics
• Create and manage training budgets, allocating resources for materials, programs, and vendors
• Work with senior leadership, department heads, and HR to align training with business goals and strategic objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
