Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Training Administrator & HR Officer to join our team. This role is central to managing our training operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all training programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and communication with facilitators and participants
- Develop and maintain training records, reports, and performance evaluations
- Handle recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Manage HR administration including leave management, performance appraisals, and policy implementation
- Liaise with clients, trainers, and partners to ensure quality delivery of programs
- Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in training administration and/or HR functions
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
