Trainee Quality Support Officer at M+Azeezco International Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Quality Support Officer to support quality checks and warehouse operations in our cocoa beans and cashew nuts facility.

The role focuses on maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and assisting in inspection, grading, sampling, and documentation. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone interested in food quality, agriculture, or supply chain management who is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sampling, grading, and inspecting cocoa beans
• Support daily quality control tasks and maintain accurate records
• Monitor storage conditions, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines (GMP, HACCP)
• Work closely with quality and warehouse teams to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• ND holder with SIWES experience, internship experience, or sound high school graduate
• Previous exposure to cocoa and cashew processing (advantageous)
• Qualification in food science, agriculture, or laboratory technology (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and basic numeracy skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, and proper use of personal protective equipment)
