Trade Marketing Manager at Recare

Job Responsibilities

• Assess consumer awareness levels and channel performance within assigned territories according to Recare's marketing process
• Drive demand at wholesaler, retailer, and distributor levels to complement brand management at consumer level
• Develop and execute trade and consumer promotions, including pricing strategies, sales forecasts, operations coordination, and point-of-sale development
• Recommend and implement local market promotions to drive sales growth
• Provide management feedback on new product launches and re-launch initiatives
• Identify underperforming channels and outlets, then define and implement development strategies
• Coordinate with the marketing department at head office to ensure adequate supply of communication materials for brand visibility
• Build and maintain proactive communication and relationships with global marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in FMCG
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Current or previous experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent position
