Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tracking Officer to monitor and manage our fleet using telematics and tracking systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with fleet monitoring tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movement using telematics, GPS, and tracking platforms
• Track driver behavior, route adherence, speed, idling, and safety compliance
• Identify and report route deviations, unauthorized stops, and unusual activity
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure all tracking data is properly documented
• Support operations in optimizing routes and improving fleet efficiency

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in fleet tracking, telematics monitoring, or logistics support
• Hands-on experience with GPS tracking systems, telematics dashboards, or fleet management software
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and monitor multiple assets simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and digital tools
