Tourism Executive at Club Concierge Africa

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a talented Tourism Executive to join Club Concierge Africa in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for creating exceptional travel experiences and managing comprehensive tourism services for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize international holiday packages tailored to clients' preferences
• Manage domestic and international hotel bookings efficiently
• Coordinate protocol services, including airport meet-and-greet and VIP assistance
• Arrange car bookings and transportation services for clients
• Provide expert advice on travel and tourism options to clients
• Ensure seamless travel arrangements by liaising with travel service providers
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and tourism regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Process payments and manage travel documentation with precision

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
• University degree (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international holiday package creation
• Proven experience in hotel bookings (domestic and international), protocol arrangements, and car rental services
• Previous experience in a Travel & Tourism or Tourism Company is advantageous
