Ticketing and Reservations Officer at HT-Limited

About the Role

HT-Limited seeks a dedicated Ticketing and Reservations Officer to assist customers in planning all aspects of their corporate and leisure travel. You will help clients reach their destinations via the best routes at the lowest cost, managing both domestic and international travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer flight requests and process reservations promptly
• Manage local and international hotel requests
• Advise clients on available options including competitive fares, optimal routes, and airline regulations
• Manage corporate travel accounts
• Review daily queues and manifests
• Process ticket reservations, issuance, and reissuance using Amadeus or Sabre systems
• Perform additional assigned duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputable IATA-certified travel management company

Key Skills

• Excellent client relationship management
• Proficiency with Amadeus or Sabre reservation systems
• Knowledge of airline rules and travel procedures
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
