Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Development Executive with FMCG experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with clients and channel partners within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders
- Execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and improve market share
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Regularly visit customers and potential leads to promote products/services and close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management (FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Compensation
N164,000 per month
