An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary
  • The Teller will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling cash transactions with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service, strong numerical skills, and adherence to internal control processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other over-the-counter transactions.
  • Verify cash amounts, validate cheques, and detect counterfeit currency.
  • Maintain accurate daily cash balance and ensure timely vault replenishment.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and internal operational policies.
Requirements
  • HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • 0 - 2 years experience in cash handling or teller operations (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Strong numeracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Skills:
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Accuracy and time management.
  • Proficiency in basic banking applications.
