About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic retail environment. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels while driving sales and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answer customers' phone calls professionally and respond to inquiries and complaints
- Use CRM systems (Zoho) to update records and monitor sales pipelines
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Raise tickets for all issue-related calls and messages across WhatsApp, Slack, and other social media platforms
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
- Make sales or recommendations for products or services that suit client needs
- Close sales expeditiously via phone calls and other platforms
- Meet and exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Develop long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- HND or BSc in any field
- At least 2 years of proven telesales or call center experience (retail experience is an added advantage)
- Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Excellent verbal and listening communication skills
- Strong sales skills with clear customer focus
- Data-driven mindset for decision-making
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦140,000 monthly
