## Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Pump Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Technical Sales Engineer with a strong track record and genuine passion for selling technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate pumps and design custom-made products to meet client requirements and needs
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to clients
  • Develop beneficial business relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Arrange and conduct product training for clients and dealers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration objectives
  • Support marketing activities by attending exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Perform cost analysis and prepare quotations
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive market share growth

Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering
  • 4–5 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering for industrial pumps or rotating equipment
  • Strong knowledge of centrifugal pumps
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with frequent travel
