About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive the promotion and sales of our energy solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong client relationship skills to deliver tailored energy solutions that meet diverse client needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, presenting energy solutions effectively
- Provide technical advice, system specifications, and solution proposals
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and proposals in collaboration with project teams
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and verify technical requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on post-installation performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within the energy, electrical, or solar sectors
- Strong understanding of energy systems, installations, and technical specifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work fully onsite in Ikeja and travel to client sites as needed
