Technical Product Manager at Krystal Digital Solutions Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for core platforms
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for platform differentiation, market trends, customer feedback, and innovation
• Develop and create a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
• Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams including members from design, product, software development, and other platform-related functions
• Define and manage product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure product success
• Oversee products from idealization through documentation, process development, and launch
• Define and track North Star Metrics, tying every platform initiative to measurable business outcomes
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level product managers, building technical fluency and ownership mindset
• Set the cultural bar for problem-first, metrics-driven product updates
• Institutionalize standards, playbooks, and documentation while managing comprehensive product documentation across the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
• Relevant training and certifications
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, including a proven track record of leading successful product launches
• At least 2 years in platform or technical product ownership
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling infrastructure products with measurable business impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across engineering, design, and business functions
• Knowledge of programming stacks including HTML, Laravel, and SQL
