Technical Manager (UPS & Inverter Division) at Actolog Limited

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Technical Manager to lead our UPS and Inverter Division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, at least 5 years of proven experience, and leadership skills to manage installations, maintenance, and after-sales support while ensuring service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS and inverter systems
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians to ensure top-quality service delivery
• Provide technical support during client consultations and project execution
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting solutions
• Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on emerging power technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UPS and inverter systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Professional certifications (e.g., COREN, IEEE) are an added advantage
