Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for all nutrition-related components of the project.
- Lead development of evidence-based strategies and high-quality implementation guidelines.
- Oversee technical quality assurance, capacity-building, and supervision of project teams.
- Support MEL processes, ensuring accurate tracking of nutrition indicators.
- Review technical reports, success stories, and learning documentation.
- Serve as technical liaison with SPHDA, SMOH, Nutrition TWG, and development partners.
- Guide innovations and best practices to strengthen community and facility nutrition systems.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Health Policy, Medicine, or related field
- 7–10 years’ technical leadership experience in donor-funded nutrition or MNCH programs.
- Expertise in IYCF, community health systems, and evidence-based nutrition programming.
- Strong technical writing, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and mentorship.
