## Title: Team Lead, Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee and guide our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing mentorship and support to the team, and ensuring that organizational sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, providing feedback and actionable insights
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with management to set sales targets, forecast revenue, and prepare sales reports
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide input on market trends and competitor activity

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven mindset
  • Strong coaching and mentoring ability
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
