Job Summary

You will lead the implementation, maintenance, support, and development of communication networks within and between organizations. Your goal is to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for users including staff, clients, customers, and suppliers. You will lead a team responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure routing and switching equipment
• Design and configure voice services (IP/Traditional; On-premise/Hosted)
• Design and configure Telepresence Solutions
• Design and configure Contact Center Solutions
• Design and configure Multimedia Solutions
• Design and configure Collaborative Solutions
• Design and configure Wireless Solutions
• Design and configure Enterprise Mobility Solutions
• Design and configure Network, Systems, and Application Monitoring Solutions
• Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers
• Perform remote troubleshooting and fault-finding when issues occur
• Provide Level 1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Liaise with project management teams and third-line engineers
• Conduct initial requirement capture with customers via email and phone
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Establish the networking environment by designing appropriate system configurations
