About the Role
The Team Lead, Branch Development and Zonal Affairs Officer exists to grow and champion membership mobilization and development across CIPM State Branches and Chapters. This role manages zonal affairs across the organization by ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with headquarters operations.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Branch Development
- Collaborate with CIPM State Branches and Chapters to grow membership across the national level
- Collaborate with state branches to mobilize members for participation at CIPM events
- Ensure successful planning and organization of Special Human Resource Forums by the Institutional Development Committee
- Provide support to zones in organizing Human Resource Fora with State Branches, assisted by their Zonal Officers
- Assist in coordinating all State Branch and Chapter activities in zones in compliance with state by-laws
- Ensure annual work plans for all State Branches and Chapters are developed at the beginning of each year and properly implemented
Zonal Affairs and Other Activities
- Ensure zonal offices and headquarters are fully operational
- Drive revenue generation, cost optimization, membership drive, and MCPE initiatives
- Drive optimal customer satisfaction across CIPM zonal offices
- Work with CMC to ensure institute branding compliance across all locations
- Ensure zonal offices support State Branch events within their zone

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related discipline
- Master's Degree (AMBA, MPA, or MSc in Management or Organizational Development preferred)
