Your Mission

Inspire and guide a team of Business Banking Officers to win new SME and corporate clients
Deliver strong loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions
Build lasting partnerships with market leaders and trade associations
Maintain portfolio health and repayment discipline while ensuring regulatory compliance
Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed ambitious targets
Represent the bank in key market forums and champion financial inclusion

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SME/business banking with proven lending experience
Deep understanding of the Ikeja to Iyana Ipaja and Abule Egba markets and their dynamics
Proximity to the Ikeja to Iyana Ipaja and Abule Egba axis
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and credit analysis abilities
