## Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and secure top talent to meet our organization's workforce needs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Utilize diverse channels to advertise job openings and reach a wide pool of candidates
  • Proactively source candidates through online databases, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Administer assessments and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about their application status
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the interview and selection process
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the trading and manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
