  • We are hiring a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing operations.
  • We need a professional who understands the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can identify, attract, and secure top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the group.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and assess potential hires.
  • Maintain an updated talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide timely reports.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools and modern sourcing methods.
