Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support end-to-end recruitment activities for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in HR consulting or a recruitment agency, with strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
This role requires excellent research capabilities, the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting qualified candidates
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and recruitment databases
- Conduct market research to support talent mapping and pipeline building
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment reports for clients
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation of candidate information
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, and feedback sessions with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
- Support client engagement by ensuring timely communication and updates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR consulting
