Job Summary

The Systems Designer & Policy Innovation Consultant will design and facilitate innovative interventions in complex policy and governance environments. The role will apply systems thinking, human-centered design, and participatory approaches to create policies and programmes that are adaptive, inclusive, and impactful across sectors such as governance, health, education, and urban systems.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Systems Design, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Required Experience & Expertise

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in policy innovation, systems design, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design and participatory policy approaches
• Proven ability to work across multiple sectors including health, education, governance, climate, and urban systems

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to communicate complex systems concepts in accessible formats
• Familiarity with donor-funded programmes and policy reform processes
