Support Services Analyst III at Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks. Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies. Configures and installs computer hardware and software. Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies. Upgrades hardware and software components. Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking. Monitors and collects data on system performance. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

This position would typically include a professional Technical Analyst. Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
