Supply Chain Procurement Manager at Sujimoto Construction Limited

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain with a strong focus on procurement, sourcing, supplier research, and cost management. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end operational excellence, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure efficient flow of materials from sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full supply chain procurement cycle, including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding
• Conduct detailed market research, price benchmarking, and supply market analysis to identify best-value sourcing opportunities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce costs, minimize risk, and improve supplier performance
• Identify alternative suppliers and materials to ensure continuity and protect against supply disruptions
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms, service level agreements, and long-term contracts
• Monitor supplier compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in supply chain or operations management
• Strong analytical, planning, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with ERP and supply chain planning tools
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

Preferred Experience

• Background in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce
