Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor Trainee to join our expanding team. The selected candidate will undergo structured training to develop supervisory, technical, and operational management skills. This role is designed to prepare you for a future supervisory position within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn pest control techniques, safety procedures, and compliance standards under the guidance of senior supervisors
• Observe and assist in coordinating technicians' daily field activities
• Understand scheduling, task allocation, and operational workflows
• Participate in training sessions on team management, client interactions, and reporting
• Assist in monitoring the quality and safety of pest control operations
• Maintain records of service activities, treatments, and reports for learning purposes
• Gain experience in handling client inquiries and field challenges under supervision
• Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related fields
• Good observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work in outdoor/field conditions
• Proactive, safety-conscious approach with commitment to professional growth
