Student Counsellor (Team Lead)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage and oversee our Abuja branch. You will be responsible for ensuring the branch consistently meets its targets while supporting Student Counsellors in achieving performance goals. This role requires strong people management skills, a deep understanding of the Abuja market and culture, and the ability to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Abuja branch
• Ensure branch targets (revenue, enrolment, and performance KPIs) are met and exceeded
• Supervise, coach, and support Student Counsellors to meet individual and team targets
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and submit regular performance reports
• Provide market insights on Abuja's education, recruitment, and student counselling landscape
• Support business development initiatives, partnerships, and outreach within the Abuja market
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and CRM usage
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or team lead role
• Proven experience managing targets and team performance
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja market and work culture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvement
