About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Structural Engineer at Alphabait Realty Ltd. The Structural Engineer will design, analyze, and oversee the structural integrity of buildings and infrastructure within the company's real estate projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all structures are safe, durable, and compliant with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Objectives

• Design, analyze, and oversee the structural integrity of buildings and infrastructure within real estate projects
• Ensure all structures are safe, durable, and compliant with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and construction teams to translate design concepts into practical, buildable, and cost-effective structural solutions

Key Responsibilities

Structural Design and Analysis

• Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Develop detailed structural drawings, calculations, and engineering reports
• Select appropriate construction materials and structural systems to optimize performance and cost
• Review and validate third-party design submissions and structural documentation

Construction Supervision

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved structural drawings and specifications
• Review and approve material specifications, reinforcement details, and construction methodologies
• Identify and resolve on-site structural challenges, providing timely engineering solutions
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design intent during all stages of construction

Coordination and Compliance

• Collaborate closely with architects, mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of designs
• Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals and certifications
• Maintain proper documentation for design changes, approvals, and technical correspondence
