Strategy & Execution Manager at HRD Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Strategy & Execution Manager to lead the formulation and execution of our corporate strategy, drive strategic initiatives across the organization, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of the company's corporate strategy, including long-term vision, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans
• Develop, manage, and report on the execution and delivery of all strategic projects across the organization
• Ensure execution of strategic projects, including ongoing sugar refinery and backward integration projects, as well as new plant expansion
• Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with established goals
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and KPIs to track execution progress
• Standardize project governance, risk assessment, and milestone tracking across all initiatives
• Manage S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) governance, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and supply chain execution
• Conduct regular reviews to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend corrective actions
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-department collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives
• Identify and address challenges or gaps in execution processes
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• First degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry
• Master's degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences or related discipline (preferred)
• Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) (preferred)
