## Title: Strategic Sales Executive - Loan Products

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Strategic Sales Executive to champion our loan products across Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and Akure. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth as part of our expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote paramilitary loan products to eligible clients
  • Prospect, identify, and convert new clients through field visits, digital outreach, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities and market feedback

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of proven sales experience in financial services, microfinance, or related fields
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with the Port Harcourt, Ibadan, or Akure markets
  • Strong digital communication and reporting skills (WhatsApp, email, MS Office)

Preferred Experience

  • Paramilitary loan sales experience
  • Lagos state loan sales experience
