Stores / Warehouse Officer at FMR AGENCY

Job Summary

Our client is seeking detail-oriented and organized Stores/Warehouse Officers to manage inventory operations, ensure accurate stock levels, and support smooth warehouse activities. The ideal candidates will maintain efficient inventory systems and uphold high standards of accountability and record-keeping within a fast-paced packaging and printing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies
• Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods
• Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment
• Prepare and submit regular inventory and stock movement reports
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material dispatch and delivery
• Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in store keeping, warehousing, or logistics operations
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or printing company is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability
