Responsible for the effective management of materials, tools, and equipment on site.

Requirements

OND, Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Minimum of 3 - 8 years of experience in building construction supervision and site management.

Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and registration with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in project scheduling and site management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) as an added advantage Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes of practice.
