## Title: Storekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable storekeeper to join our dynamic and expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the packaging of products, maintaining the store's organization, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive product deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders
  • Package products neatly and efficiently for distribution or sales
  • Receive and organize stock in the store
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update them regularly
  • Monitor expiry dates of stocks and ensure all goods are used before expiration
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store
  • Supervise the loading and offloading of supplies when necessary
  • Report damaged or missing items
  • Assist in preparing reports related to stock levels, inventory usage, and reordering needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 years of experience as a storekeeper in the Oil and Gas Sector
  • Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management procedures
  • Experience with computerized inventory systems including MS Office Suite and Inventory Management Software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
