About the Role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials
• Store goods in designated areas and ensure proper labeling and arrangement
• Issue materials and products to customers based on approved requests
• Maintain up-to-date stock records and prepare regular inventory reports
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of loaders and off-loaders

Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
• 5 years' experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse/inventory management
• Good knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel or any inventory management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
