Storekeeper at DreamCity Properties

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory, materials, and tools across our active real estate construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control within the construction industry, excellent administrative skills, and the flexibility to support project timelines—including early mornings, extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with delivery notes and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual logs, registers, bincards, or digital inventory management systems
• Issue materials and equipment to site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors against authorized requisition forms
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records to prevent discrepancies, losses, or misallocations
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient storage area, ensuring materials are stored appropriately and are easily accessible
• Monitor stock levels and proactively alert the procurement or project manager about low inventory or materials requiring reorder
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and tracked, reporting any damage or malfunction immediately
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to the Site/Project Manager and Accountant
• Coordinate with QS, procurement, logistics, project teams, and Finance to ensure timely availability of materials as per project schedules
• Enforce strict site store policies regarding access, safety, and material handling in compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualifications such as OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
